THE FAMILY STRONG BLUEPRINT 4-WEEK COURSE OVERVIEW
LESSON 1: Introduction and Overview to the Mini-Course
LESSON 2: Cultivating A Family Growth Mindset
LESSON 3: Leading Your Emotions
LESSON 4: A Mindset of Gratitude
Each lesson takes 10-15 minutes to complete and provides a research based, evidence based strategy known to help build resilience and foster healthy relationships. What's unique about our approach is that we apply these social and emotional principles to the family system. Although our book is written for parents and teens, we know these strategies and skills work for children of all ages! Families with young children are also loving The Family Strong Blueprint. GRATITUDE
"As parents, we long to structure our lives in a way that is healthy and honoring to the children entrusted to us. However, knowing how to knit together all of the components to a healthy family unit can often be overwhelming and confusing. Tess and Lindsey brilliantly incorporate essential psychological theories for development into an easy to follow guide map, giving us confidence as parents to serve our teens and families well.”
